The Davis Catalyst Center is a career and technical hands-on business project-based magnet school. During my senior year at the Catalyst Center, I managed the Catalyst social media and the content creation team.

Acting as the project manager for the Catalyst social media has been a really great experience! It is hard to manage so many different students, especially when I haven't even met some of them. It has been a challenge, but I've learned different strategies to help different students. This consists of texting reminders, providing feedback, visual organization of projects, and more. I am more invested in this project than some other students, so it is difficult to see others' lack of participation and enthusiasm. Other students have been great to work with, always completing projects on time and communicating well. If I were to start this project over, I would have met with each student before accepting them as part of the team. But, in real-life situations, team members are often assigned, so getting used to working with different types of people is helpful.

I have published a variety of posts. Some posts are pictures I have taken or graphics I have created. Other posts I have delegated to my team members to create, then I schedule them. Here are a few example posts.
